Duo Two-Factor Authentication – Quick Guide
Basic Use
When logging in to an account that requires Duo, you will receive the Duo prompt. You should also automatically receive a Duo Push on your phone/device.
From this screen, you can also select “Other options” to view other Duo log in options.
Duo Push
Duo Push typically the most convenient way of authenticating. You will receive a login request sent to your phone’s Duo app — press Approve to authenticate.
NOTE: If you ever receive an unexpected DUO prompt, press Deny to reject the request.
Duo Mobile Passcode
Add a New Device
New students will have an open enrollment window before starting at Pitzer College. Instructions are sent out prior to this window.

Lost or Stolen Devices
If you have a lost or stolen device contact the Helpdesk, as soon as possible remove this device from your Duo account.
